Game Play:
Unreal Tournament 4 Pre-Alpha was free to play for certain beta users On January 24th, 2023, Epic shut down their master server and removed access to Unreal Tournament (pre-alpha), aka UT4. Through community efforts, a new master server was created to keep the game alive.
You can still download and play Unreal Tournament 4, just not through the Epic launcher.

Both communities have regular events, often with prizes.
The people that run the community servers have continued to make balance changes and fixes for the game. For all intents and purposes it’s still completely playable, thanks to a talented community that cares more about the series than Epic themselves.

1 First Install Game
UT4 Installer – v1.1.0:

2. Run the installer
a. Unzip and run UT4_Installer.exe
b. Select your installation directory and click “Install”
3. Create an account for online play
a. Go to https://ut4.timiimit.com/
b. Click “Register” and create an account
c. Login and click “Get Code”
4. Start UT4 and enter your Auth Code
a. Use the Unreal Tournament 4 shortcut that the installer created on your desktop
b. Paste your copied Auth Code into the “3) Paste authorization code” box
c. Click “Add Account”
d. On this next screen, select your account and click “Use”
e. If a UU box pops up, you can either just click “apply”, or browse through the tabs to see the extra features that UU adds to the game
